Official contest rules

Eligibility rules

Every entry is reviewed by Outcast Authority before it appears in the voting gallery.

  1. Active OA creators only. You must be an active Outcast Authority creator in good standing when you enter and when the winner is announced.
  2. OA onboarding must be complete. Your signed OA Creator Handbook acknowledgment must be on file by Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Joining through the TikTok invite code alone does not qualify.
  3. 18 or older. Entrants must be at least 18 years old.
  4. One entry per creator. Submit one photo of yourself in your 2026 Halloween costume. Group photos require OA approval, and no minors may appear in any entry.
  5. Original photos only. The photo must be your own. AI-generated images, face swaps, or edits that create or change the costume are not allowed. Normal lighting, cropping, and filters are fine.
  6. Keep it community-safe. Entries must follow TikTok Community Guidelines. No nudity, sexual content, graphic gore, weapons pointed at the camera, hate symbols, or costumes that mock a race, religion, culture, or disability.
  7. Fair voting. One vote per device. Bots, paid votes, vote trading, or using multiple devices to inflate votes can lead to removed votes or disqualification.
  8. OA review is final. OA may decline or remove any entry that does not meet these rules. Vote totals stay hidden until voting closes on October 31 at 6:00 PM ET.
  9. Prize payout. The winner is announced Halloween night. Before any prize is released, the winner must be in good standing and have any required tax form, such as a W-9, on file.
  10. Photo permission. By entering, you allow OA to display your photo and display name on the contest page and OA social channels for this contest.
